Which phones does Folduo work on?
Foldable Android phones running Android 13 or later. We test most on Google Pixel Fold phones. If something does not work on your foldable, email us with the model and we will look into it.
Why does Folduo need Accessibility access?
Android only lets an app draw the pads over other apps and press buttons for you through the Accessibility service. Folduo uses it to find buttons the pointer can snap to and to send your taps and scrolls. It does not store or send what is on your screen.
The pads disappeared. How do I get them back?
Open Folduo. If Home says the service is off, tap Turn on and switch Folduo on in Accessibility settings again. Android sometimes turns it off after an update.
How do I switch back to my old keyboard?
Go to Settings, then System, then Keyboard, and pick the keyboard you want. Folduo keeps working without its keyboard.
How do I restore or refund Pro?
Pro is bought through Google Play. Sign in with the same Google account and Pro comes back by itself. For a refund, use Google Play's refund page, or email us with your order number.
How do I remove Folduo?
Uninstall it like any app. Your layouts and settings are stored only on your phone, so they go with it.
